Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using Classy Construction's financial services platform. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

01 — Agreement

Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Classy Construction Financial Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our financial services platform, website, and all associated services.

By registering on our platform, clicking "I Agree," or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our platform and services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Classy Construction.
02 — Services

Services Description

Classy Construction provides the following financial services through its digital platform:

  • Payout Services: Instant bulk and single payouts to bank accounts across India
  • MATM (Micro ATM): Cash withdrawal and balance enquiry via Aadhaar biometric authentication
  • AEPS: Aadhaar Enabled Payment System for cash withdrawal, deposit, and balance enquiry
  • DMT (Domestic Money Transfer): Instant money transfer to any bank in India
  • BBPS: Bharat Bill Payment System for utility and bill payments
  • PAN Card Services: Paperless PAN application via NSDL/UTITSL
  • Insurance & Recharge: Mobile recharge and insurance premium collection

All services are subject to availability, applicable regulatory guidelines, and technical limitations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

03 — Eligibility

Eligibility & KYC Requirements

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a citizen or legally authorized resident of India
  • Have a valid Aadhaar card and PAN card
  • Possess an active bank account in India
  • Complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process
  • Not be on any regulatory watchlist or blacklist

KYC Process

All partners and agents are required to submit valid KYC documents including Aadhaar, PAN, and bank details. KYC verification is typically completed within 2–4 hours. We reserve the right to reject any application or suspend an account if KYC documents are found to be fraudulent, expired, or incomplete.

By submitting your KYC documents, you consent to Classy Construction verifying your identity with UIDAI, NSDL, and other regulatory bodies as required.

04 — Account

Account Responsibilities

As a registered partner or agent, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities conducted through your account
  • Ensuring all information provided to us is accurate and up-to-date
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and our policies
Security Notice: Classy Construction will never ask for your password, OTP, or PIN via phone call, email, or message. Do not share these with anyone, including our support staff.

You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. Any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your negligence shall be your sole responsibility.

05 — Transactions

Transactions & Fees

Transaction Processing

All transactions are processed in real-time subject to network availability and regulatory guidelines. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, transaction success is also dependent on third-party banking networks, NPCI infrastructure, and recipient bank availability.

Commission & Fees

Commission rates are communicated during onboarding and may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of any changes to the commission structure via email or platform notification. All fees are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

Failed Transactions

In case of a failed transaction where the customer's account is debited but the beneficiary does not receive funds, the amount will be reversed within 3–7 working days as per NPCI/RBI guidelines. You must report failed transactions within 48 hours via our support channel.

Transaction Limits

Daily and per-transaction limits apply as per RBI guidelines and your agent tier. Limits may be revised based on your transaction history and compliance status.

06 — Prohibited

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use our platform for:

  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal financial activity
  • Processing transactions for prohibited businesses or sanctioned entities
  • Circumventing KYC/AML regulations
  • Unauthorized access, hacking, or tampering with our systems
  • Creating fake or multiple accounts
  • Misrepresenting your identity or business nature
  • Facilitating gambling, lottery, or Ponzi schemes
  • Processing transactions for goods/services prohibited under Indian law
  • Reverse engineering or copying our software or systems

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending commissions, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

07 — Liability

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Classy Construction shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Delays caused by third-party banking networks, NPCI, or regulatory bodies
  • Unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence
  • Force majeure events including server outages, natural disasters, or regulatory changes
  • Losses arising from technical errors beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the transaction(s) directly causing the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is lower.

08 — Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including logos, trademarks, software, design, text, graphics, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Classy Construction or its licensors and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

09 — Termination

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account with or without prior notice if:

  • You violate any provision of these Terms
  • You provide false or misleading information
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
  • Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate termination
  • You remain inactive for more than 6 consecutive months

Upon termination, all pending commissions due to you (post any deductions for chargebacks or fraud) will be settled within 30 working days, provided there are no ongoing investigations or disputes.

10 — Governing Law

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 with a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon.

11 — Amendments

Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:

  • Email notification to your registered email address
  • Prominent notice on our platform dashboard
  • Updated "Last Modified" date on this page

Continued use of our services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using our services and notify us in writing.
